I took my 03 Ford Explorer in to get the oil changed and get my transmission fluid filled back up, Jesse from service came out and showed me what was going on, gave me the run down on what needed to happen. I have placed several calls and visits to him and Jeff in service, and they both have been absolutely amazing! I am extremely happy with the service I have received from Bob Chapman Ford and would recommend them to anyone. If I can ever afford a new vehicle this will be the place I go to buy one.
We were so impressed with Bob Chapman Ford from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Our salesman, Don was especially accommodating as we were test driving three vehicles with our four-year-old son, Sam. Don treated us like family, and by the end of the day, we felt like old friends.
We were able to purchase a like-new, perfect Ford Explorer with every feature we could ever want below the market value, and we received an extremely fair trade on our Ford F-250.
Jason made the paperwork a cinch and was also so kind to our son. He offered us incredibly well-priced extra warranty/insurance options and explained everything very clearly and concisely.
The facility was extremely clean and neat, and very comfortable as we spent a few hours there. They have a lovely set up for customers.
We are thrilled to have found such a nice group, and we look forward to purchasing all of our future vehicles from this dealership, as we have just recently moved back to the area and plan to be here for life. We have been a Ford family since 2008, and don't have any reason to ever change that. ¿¿

The Chapman Family chose to be a part of the transportation era when George Chapman opened the Ford business in Plain City in 1913. George had been in the grocery business, but had a love for automobiles that gave him the drive to open one of the first auto dealers in central Ohio.
Now almost 100 years later, 4 generations of Chapman’s have continued to sell Ford products. The Chapman’s are also involved in additional Union County businesses while supporting hundreds or thousands of local social activities and community organizations along the way.
