I have dealt with Chapmans for years. I have relied on their service department routinely for both, my personal and work vehicle, unfortunately their body shop (nobody likes getting in a wreck), and most recently their sales department. I have purchased a couple vehicles from them now. I can honestly say that every interaction has been top notch. I felt that service department was prompt and always ready for my appointments. Their body shop communicated with myself and t...he insurance company well in order to obtain a quality repair. Most recently, I purchased a new F-150. I feel that I am probably over critical in this regard since I am in sales myself. I started at Chapman's in the sales process and decided that I was going to shop around and not make an impulse decision as I have in the past. It was honestly a waste of time. The original offer that was presented to me was more than fair. The sales process was low pressure and efficient. They were able to order the truck I wanted and I am more than happy with my decision. I would like to thank Bob Chapman's Service Dept (especially Jesse and Will). We dropped off our delivery vehicle, which was covered in mud, for a routine service. Long story of how our little truck got in a predicament where it literally looked like we had taken it off road mudding. When we picked it up the next day it had been cleaned. The explanation I received for such a kind act was "it was the right thing to do." We thought the freezing cold day was going to include a trip to the car wash bundled head to toe (no volunteers). Thank you so much. We really appreciate the TLC we get from all of your staff.Edible Arrangements Marysville

The Chapman Family chose to be a part of the transportation era when George Chapman opened the Ford business in Plain City in 1913. George had been in the grocery business, but had a love for automobiles that gave him the drive to open one of the first auto dealers in central Ohio.
Now almost 100 years later, 4 generations of Chapman’s have continued to sell Ford products. The Chapman’s are also involved in additional Union County businesses while supporting hundreds or thousands of local social activities and community organizations along the way.
